All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any furniture purchases. However, we honor the manufacturer’s warranty if the product has been received directly from the manufacturer and not through a third-party company. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about warranty details before making a purchase.
We carefully inspect and note any pre-existing damage in the product listing. If your item is damaged during shipping, we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any shipping damage to us immediately.
